Executive One-Bedroom Spa Units (sleeps 1-2)
Lovely one-bedroom suite with a spa bath in the bathroom, separate bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Kitchen facilities, leather lounge furniture, two flat-screen TVs, portable BBQ delivered to your own private outdoor area on request.
Family Unit (sleeps 5)
Two bedrooms, queen-size bed and two singles plus single bed in lounge upstairs, full kitchen facilities, one family suite with views out to Waikanae Beach.

Executive Spa Studio Suite (sleeps 1-2)
Relax in this luxury suite with balcony and stunning seaviews. Air conditioning, King size bed. White tiled ensuite with 2 person corner spa bath. Fully equipped kitchen, LCD TV, SKY TV 6 channels, FREE wireless broadband.
All suites are designated non-smoking & serviced daily.
Confirmation & Deposit Details To confirm a phone or email reservation - a current credit card number and expiry date is required as a guarantee. Nothing will be charged to this unless cancellation penalities arise.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation of individual bookings must be notified no later than 48 hours prior to the expected day of arrival. Cancellations after that will be charged 1 night's accommodation unless a replacement booking is received to fill that unit. Group bookings require a deposit negotiated at time of booking and cancellation details will be discussed at time of bookings. If you fail to arrive without notification you will be charged the full cost of accommodation booked.
